Executive Sparring
Executive Sparring offers you as a manager a protected space for honest, appreciative exchange. Together with me as your mentor, you will reflect on your strategies and decisions in order to gain new perspectives and further develop your leadership skills.
This trusting dialog helps you to identify blind spots and make more confident decisions. Our aim is to strengthen you in your leadership role and help you achieve long-term success. The focus is on your personal growth and success.

Leadership Development
Leadership Development is about preparing you for your role as a leader, helping you grow in this role, and/or qualifying you for a higher leadership position in senior management.
The focus here is on the targeted promotion and further development of leadership skills. As a manager, the focus is on completely different skills than was the case in a previous position with operational responsibility.
Different management levels also place different demands on the individual in the role and thus require a continuous engagement with change and personal development.
Even coming from a role where I was able to demonstrate operational excellence, I developed myself across various management and leadership levels. With this knowledge and experience, you can use me as a shortcut on your path to excellent leadership!


Organizational Development
Is the current organization reaching its limits? The company has grown in recent years, but the organizational structures have not developed sufficiently? Do individual departments or employees feel or appear to be overloaded? The structure of the company’s business activities has changed, but the previous distribution of personnel capacity does not reflect this?
These could be possible causes that require further development of your company’s organizational structure. Based on economic needs, all management levels as well as the skills and affinities of the employees are taken into account.
